IBWISE has updated its privacy policy and at this point your continued readership and use of the IBWISE web- and social media sites will be considered acceptance of our terms and policies. Transparency and protection of your personal data is our priority. Any personal data received will be kept safe and secure and will not be passed on to third parties at any time.
Our SSL-encrypted website is a purely front facing website with no user interaction other than the submitting of SSL-protected registration forms. We do not pass on any information received via our SSL-protected online registration/application system on our website, via email or by phone. We use cookies to a minimal extent. We do not use Google Analytics for tracking.
IBWISE will ensure that the personal data received is:
– Adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purposes it has been collected for
– Accurate and up‐to‐date
– Kept only for as long as is necessary
We will keep personal data about you that we have obtained from you in regards to signing up to one of our programmes or a position. This may include the following:
Your and your guardian’s name, your age, gender, address, phone number, email addresses or other contact information (this information may refer to you personally / to your guardian or to your work, depending on the nature of our relationship with you or the person for whom you work). Your school and IB subject information. Your resume about your career and current position.
Information we obtain from communications with us:
– Information about you that you give us by communicating with us by phone, email, through course registration or application to a position via our SSL-protected website, social media or otherwise.
– Information you give us when you use our website, apply for information, ask about a product, register to a course or apply to a position, participate in a survey or complete a questionnaire, contact us, or do any of these things on behalf of another person.
